Saif Ali Khan's Chef not deferred because of his harm

Prior, we had reported that Saif Ali Khan would star in the revamp of the Hollywood film Chef. The buzz was that the film should go on floors one month from now. Presently, we hear that film has been deferred.

Bits of gossip express that Chef has been postponed subsequent to Saif Ali Khan harmed his thumb on the arrangements of Akshat Varma's directorial debut. Despite the fact that the performer was hurried to the healing center and went under a surgery for the same, he is as yet recuperating and that is the reason the film was been deferred by a month.

In any case, denying the bits of gossip that Chef has been postponed, the film's maker Vikram Malhotra of Abundantia Entertainment says, "Culinary specialist was never planned to start now. The film was constantly planned to start shooting from October 1. So there is no doubt of a deferral." Further discussing the prep for the film, Vikram includes, "Saif got harmed on sets of his present film, yet will continue the same soon. With respect to Chef, Saif will start preparing for the film from August 20, which will be a 45 day workshop that will see Saif getting prepared in the specialty of cooking, nourishment presentation and plating too."
